Resort, theme-park & vacation-rental stays
Pool gear, kids’ bags, souvenirs, strollers, multiple bedrooms, and one last breakfast before checkout.
A professional Master Packer arrives with your Packing Plan already reviewed, packs the approved rooms and belongings, separates the messier travel items, and prepares your luggage for departure — while you enjoy the last morning of the stay.

Packing is only the task. What you are really getting back is the hour everyone normally loses to open suitcases, wet swimsuits, scattered chargers, kids’ belongings, and the checkout clock.
Your packing decisions happen before service day.
Rooms are worked through in a defined sequence and bags are staged together.
Approved rooms receive a structured forgotten-item sweep before the service is completed.
Everything that can be decided before checkout morning is handled beforehand.
Destination, checkout date, travelers, rooms, and luggage define the departure.
Select rooms and item categories, assign luggage, and identify anything to leave out or avoid.
The assigned professional receives the service scope before arriving.
A short handoff covers last-minute changes; the remaining work follows the approved plan.
Your package and trip details come first. Then BagsDone turns the stay into a room-by-room brief your Master Packer can review before arrival.

For eligible services, the Departure Kit creates a cleaner system for the categories that usually make checkout packing unpleasant.
You decide what the Master Packer can access and what remains entirely yours.

BagsDone is currently accepting availability requests for Orlando-area departures, including Orlando, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista, Celebration, and Davenport.
Pool gear, kids’ bags, souvenirs, strollers, multiple bedrooms, and one last breakfast before checkout.
See the price before you invest time in a Packing Plan. Choose a package, enter the trip details, and check Orlando-area availability.
For couples and smaller family stays that need a polished, efficient checkout.
Built for the family vacation: children’s rooms, multiple bags, pool gear and the usual checkout scramble.
For larger homes and group travel where a clean departure benefits from a coordinated team.
For homes or groups beyond the Grand limits, we size the team and service window around the actual stay.
The price stays fixed while the departure remains within the selected service limits. If your trip details exceed them, BagsDone will recommend the correct service before you continue.
Your package is selected. Add the actual stay details so we can confirm fit and build the room-by-room Packing Plan for your availability request.
Someone is entering your vacation space and handling personal belongings. BagsDone is designed around screened professionals, guest-controlled scope, property permission, documented service instructions and a clear incident path.
Your assigned Master Packer is tied to the service record. Guest-facing Packers are required to satisfy the identity-verification, screening and training standards applicable to their market before serving guests.
You are responsible for confirming that your host, hotel, resort, HOA or property manager permits a third-party service professional to enter. BagsDone does not bypass property rules or access restrictions.
The Packing Plan defines what may be handled. Entire rooms, closets, drawers, bags or individual belongings can be marked Do Not Touch.
Passports, IDs, cash, jewelry, prescription medication, sensitive documents and irreplaceable belongings should remain under your control rather than being delegated to a Master Packer.
The departure request, assigned professional, Packing Plan and service communications create a record that can be reviewed if a concern is reported.
Report it promptly. We’ll open a concern record and review the relevant service information. Suspected theft, immediate danger or criminal activity should also be reported to local law enforcement and the property or booking platform when appropriate.
Report a concern or missing item →A missing item is not automatically theft. It may have been moved, packed into another bag, left elsewhere in the property or retained by the host after checkout. BagsDone records the concern first, then reviews the available facts.
It is the room-by-room service brief created after you choose a departure package and enter the actual stay details. It covers what gets packed, which bag items belong in, what stays out, packing preferences, photo instructions, and anything that is off-limits.
Yes. You can assign bags by person, bedroom, family unit, or category — for example, the kids’ clothing in the blue suitcase and all pool items in the green duffel.
No. The Packing Plan is reviewed beforehand. Arrival is intended to be a short confirmation of access, anything that changed, and items still being used that morning.
Your service is tied to an assigned Master Packer. Guest-facing Packers are required to satisfy the identity-verification, required background-screening, and BagsDone service-training standards applicable to their market before serving guests.
You control the scope. Rooms, drawers, closets, bags, and individual belongings can be marked Do Not Touch. Passports, IDs, cash, jewelry, medication, sensitive documents, and irreplaceable items should remain with you.
Check the luggage and property carefully, then report the concern promptly through BagsDone Trust & Safety. The service record, Packing Plan, assigned Packer, and available documentation can be reviewed. A missing item is not automatically theft; suspected criminal activity should also be reported to local law enforcement when appropriate.
Only when the guest is authorized to permit access and the property allows third-party service professionals. BagsDone does not override host rules, HOA rules, hotel policies, or access restrictions. If you are unsure, confirm with the property before the appointment.
A brief initial handoff is recommended whenever practical. After that, whether you remain depends on your comfort level and the property’s access rules. You should remain reachable during the service window.
Ordinary worn clothing, dirty laundry, and underwear can be included in the Packing Plan or marked for the guest to handle. Master Packers are not expected to sort used diapers, sanitary products, bodily waste, vomit, or items visibly contaminated with bodily fluids. If the guest wants certain laundry transported while containing odor or moisture, it should be appropriately bagged or sealed before service.
Approved damp and dirty items are separated from clean belongings using the Departure Kit or guest-provided bags so they are not packed directly against clean clothing.
The Master Packer will not intentionally overstuff or damage a bag. You can redistribute items, add another bag, or decide what should stay out.
No. Standard BagsDone service is departure packing and organization, not turnover housekeeping. Host-required cleaning or checkout chores remain separate unless another service is explicitly offered.
No responsible service can guarantee that. BagsDone follows a structured sweep of the approved areas, but guests should still perform their own final walkthrough, especially for valuables and travel documents.
Before the Packing Plan opens, BagsDone checks the actual stay against the selected package. If the stay exceeds that package, you will be shown the correct service level and price before continuing.
Update BagsDone as soon as possible. A significant change may require the service window or availability to be reconfirmed so the Master Packer still has enough time to complete the booked scope.
